Sales Support Specialist – Italian Market

About the role

Leagel S.r.l. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Italian market to ensure excellent customer experience and support commercial success. You will manage orders, quotations, contracts and master data while acting as the main liaison between customers, sales, logistics and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Administration and Logistics to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Create, update and maintain customer master data in internal systems.
• Prepare, review and issue quotations, contracts and sales documentation.
• Validate order details, pricing and delivery requirements before processing.
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or order management.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Zucchetti Ad Hoc.
